Yes. There are limits or extra fees for heavily soiled or neglected cars.
Do you remove pet hair, odors, or stains?
Yes. Dog hair removal may result in an additional fee depending on the extent in all interior, full, and monthly detail services.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund.
Will detailing remove all scratches and stains?
While detailing significantly improves your vehicle’s appearance, it may not remove all scratches or stains, especially deep or permanent ones. Light scratches can often be minimized with techniques like polishing or paint correction, while stains in upholstery or carpets may fade significantly with professional extraction. For severe issues, we can recommend additional treatments or specialized solutions to address them.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
All sales are final.
How long will the results last?
The longevity of detailing results depends on your driving habits, storage conditions, and weather exposure. For example:
